Aluminum profile small piece oxidation, customized chemical oxidation of aluminum profile finished products, the oxide film is relatively thin, with a thickness of about 0.5-4 microns, and is porous, soft, and has good adsorption properties. It can be used as the bottom layer of organic coatings, but its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are not as good as anodized oxide films;




Aluminum profile small piece oxidation, customized electrochemical oxidation for aluminum profile finished products, with an oxide film thickness of about 5-20 microns (hard anodized oxide film thickness can reach 60-200 microns), high hardness, good heat resistance and insulation, corrosion resistance higher than chemical oxide film, porous, and good adsorption capacity. The chemical oxidation treatment equipment for aluminum and aluminum alloys is simple, easy to operate, has high production efficiency, does not consume electricity, has a wide range of applications, and is not limited by the size and shape of parts.

Customized finished products of special-shaped aluminum profiles can be divided into oxide film, phosphate film, chromate film, and chromate phosphate film according to the properties of the film layer in the special-shaped aluminum profile processing plant. Aluminum is a relatively active metal with a standard potential of -1.66V. It can naturally form an oxide film with a thickness of about 0.01-0.1 micrometers in air. This oxide film is amorphous, thin and porous, and has poor corrosion resistance.


The sulfuric acid anodizing process for processing special-shaped aluminum profiles is simple, the solution is stable, the operation is convenient, the allowable impurity content range is wide, the electrical energy consumption is low, the cost is low, and it can almost be applied to the processing of aluminum and various aluminum alloys. Therefore, it has been widely used in China.
