Aluminum profile deep processing, aluminum profile precision processing oxidation solution

Anodizing, unless otherwise specified, usually refers to sulfuric acid anodizing. So, do you know how many aluminum profile production and processing manufacturers need to pay attention to aluminum anodizing processing for special-shaped aluminum profiles? 

1. Aluminum profiles and special-shaped aluminum profiles should be selected. Before processing aluminum alloy profiles, the raw material for hard aluminum rods should be hard aluminum alloy profiles, and the hanging fixtures used in the production process should maintain smooth and good conductivity. 

2. Before anodizing aluminum alloy and special-shaped aluminum profiles, clean the fixtures before anodizing the aluminum alloy profiles. Clean the previously used fixtures. Remove residual oxide film from the surface of the fixture to ensure good contact performance with the aluminum rod during use.

3. In the process of deep processing and precision processing of aluminum profiles, the conductive area of the fixture should be ensured during the production of anodized aluminum alloy profiles, and the imprint of the fixture should be minimized as much as possible. 

4. Aluminum profile deep processing, aluminum profile precision processing oxidation solution, temperature range of sulfuric acid anodizing solution used for anodizing aluminum oxide is 15-25 ℃. 

5. A refrigeration device should be equipped during the production and processing of compressed air stirring anodized aluminum oxide. The compressed air stirring method should be used. 

6. Different sizes should be used for separate processing of aluminum alloy profiles of different materials, pure aluminum, and aluminum alloy profiles of different specifications and sizes. They should be processed separately and cannot be placed in the same oxidation tank for processing. 

7. For small-sized aluminum alloy components with overlapping riveting, sulfuric acid anodizing treatment is generally not used.
